Whether you’re drilling or in-play, remembering what you did and how you did it can be tricky. Where were your feet? Was the paddle facing the court? Were you hanging back from the kitchen line?
It's hard to see what errors you're making on your own and even harder to figure out how to correct them.
Recording a video of yourself and watching it back with my feedback is a powerful way to improve because you can actually see for yourself where you're going wrong. You can see your position and movement on the court and how it affects the shot.
