Top 5 tips for pickleball success

1. Focus

Remain focused throughout the point, track the ball as it travels from your opponent's paddle. Avoid getting distracted by other games, moving players, or admiring your own shots.

2. Connection

Try to consistently connect with the center of the paddle - the sweet spot.

3. Balance

Use both arms, try to remain balanced and stable throughout your stroke.

4. Movement

Move with purpose, move under control, keep a wide stable base so that you can learn or transfer your weight with confidence.

5. Timing

Don’t rush your strokes, allow the ball to come to you, don’t over-reach & take your time when hitting winners.
